that error happens during literally any dynamax or gmax day in new zealand, our group waits patiently between 2 spots every week only to be screwed over, they should just give out research encounters instead
the bigger issue with the snorlax battle day was the impossible catch circle that caused many encounters to run. The whole world should get a make up day for that issue alone, then it makes it fair for everyone. I’m sure japan won’t complain and everyone will be happy. Their wallets will be happy too because the whole world will once again pay for max particles and mushrooms for this event. Stupid for them not to include the whole world

Thats so dumb. There were errors here too. I battled with a group of 35 people and not a single person got the shiny. Over the course of 4 hours. Hardly seems like a coincidence or just "bad RNG"
Hope we get it here in New Zealand as well- used the help function in game to inform them Gmax Snorlax were not spawning at all MP as they should be & the response was 'explore to find more' …. 🤨 Talk about totally missing the point! 🤦♀

I live here in Washington American legion they had the same issue here but they extended till 7:00 but most players had already left by 5:00 so we should get here as well it should be everywhere cuz they messed it up everywhere in the world not just Japan
