So, i had pre ordered a JTG enhanced booster box from a shop for ~165€.
After about a week of no delivery confirmation, i contacted the shop via Email and instagram DM.
I did not recieve a response until i posted a public comment under one of their posts.
They were very quick to tell me there would not be enough enhanced boxes, and that i could choose between either a refund, or a normal booster box (no price reduction, evem though they sold the enhanced boxes at higher price then normal booster boxes).
I took a normal box and was sent that, so far no issue except for being kind of annoyed.
Cut to about a month later, and they are now selling those very same boxes i was told they would not have enough of to fulfill orders for 300€?!!
Obviously, I'm furious and feel rightfully ripped of, but now i wonder:
Is there something i can do in this situation?
Something i can rightfully do to be compensated/have the order correctly fullfilled?

This hobby is in a sad state, and i just can't sit still and do nothing and let these people get away with such grimey practices
