Thank you all for helping me improve this Pokémon's design! I'd certainly say it looks less awkward than the other one now! I added a UI for easy reading and even made shiny forms!
When catching a sarteeny, it's soda can's color can determine how the final evolution will look! The shiny is a reference based off how some soda cans can have a prize inside as part of a promotion from the manufacturer.
I hope you guys enjoy this fakemon, because we seriously need another water/steel type.
