This is a regional variant of the Bounsweet evolution line, based on oranges! Bounsweet, Steenee, and Citreena are Grass/Electric types, as a reference to how citrus fruits tend to be sour.
Instead of evolving into Tsareena, this variant of Steenee evolves into Citreena (Tsareena is okay, but I've always liked Steenee's design more. So I designed Citreena to keep all the best aspects of Steenee while still referencing some of Tsareena's design).
Their abilities are Hydration, Sour Veil, and Galvanize (Hidden).
Sour Veil is the signature ability of this evolution line, which protects the user and its allies from paralysis (similar to how Sweet Veil protects from sleep, Water Veil protects from burns, and Pastel Veil protects from poison).
Citreena's hidden ability is Galvanize, allowing it to use normal type moves (like Rapid Spin, Stomp, Fake Out, and Facade) as physical Electric STAB moves. This lets it circumvent the issue most physical electric types struggle with (that being a lack of reliable physical electric moves).
