- To blend in better, Clubbug has adopted the shape and appearance of a blackthorn burl. This Pokémon doesn’t secrete honeydew from its horn anymore, but uses that sugary liquid to energize its more active lifestyle. The horn is now used to jab intrusive Pokémon.
Inspiration: sap sucking bugs, treehoppers, shillelaghs (Irish walking sticks that double as cudgels, usually made from branches of blackthorn wood)
