Is this what a sealed Japanese box should look like? Mixed codes, no SR. Cardmarket denies claim

I bought two japanese 151 booster boxes (150€ each) to open on Cardmarker. The boxes arrived in what looked like legit, tight shrinkwrap. No external damage or obvious red flags. I opened the first one and it only had 1 AR for hits. I researched a bit and checked the production numbers (see picture) to find 9 different pack codes. I contacted Cardmarket about this and after 2 weeks (!) they replied.
They told me that I shouldn’t have opened all the packs and that confirming delivery means I waived my right to complain. They also claimed they can’t help because I didn’t provide an “official source” proving that mixed serial codes indicates a reseal, denied that pull rates and production numbers on Japanese products mean anything and told me it might just be “bad luck” and won't help me…
Has anyone else had similar issues with Cardmarket and sealed products?
And is there a known place where the serial code consistency or pull rates for JP boosters is documented clearly enough to count as “official” in a dispute?
