I drew this on MS Paint XP and Normisaur as the name indicates is a normal type variant of Bulbasaur.
Normisaur has mainly fabulous attacks like rest, tackle, and headbutt at the beginning.
The Pokedex states about Normisaur:
"Without a strange seed inserted by it's parents at birth, it grew to be like a normal toad. It mainly stares at the air, sits in bed and makes a bored expression".
Also the Pokedex states:
"Normisaur isn't even jealous of its seeded cousins, it doesn't want to be. All it wants is to sit by the lake, get petted and eat tiny pests".
Additional details about Normisaur is that it's a rare Pokémon but also one weaker than Bulbasaur. It can be found near dumpsters and pokecenters.
