For this, I'll be using a more expanded Pokedex rather over the platinum dex to access more Pokémon for the Gym leaders, and Elite 4. And their levels will be high.
Gym Leader 1 – Roark
Roark mines his team with Bonsly over Geodude, Nosepass over Onix, and keeps his ace, Cranidos.
Gym Leader 2 – Gardenia
Gardenia planted a Tangela instead of Turtwig, she keeps Cherrim and her ace Roserade.
Gym Leader 3 – Fantina
Fantina spooks the challenger by keeping her platinum team and adds on her ace, Drifblim
Gym Leader 4 – Maylene
Maylene's fight may lead on to trouble, with a Meditite, A Croagunk to replace Machoke, adds on a Gallade, and keeps her ace, Lucario.
Gym Leader 5 – Crasher Wake
Wake up, because he's got a Bibarel, Gyrados, Gastrodon instead of Quagsire, and keeps his ace, Flostzel.
Gym Leader 6 – Byron
Byron steels the show by adding on a Skarmoy, Replacing his Steelix for Lairon, replaces Magneton for Bronzong, adds a Probopass as a nod to his son, Roark. And he keeps his ace, Bastidon.
Gym Leader 7: Candice
Candice Pokémon beat you? She adds on a Glaceon to her platinum team with the Piloswine evolved to make her team more cooler.
Gym Leader 8: Volkner
Volkner amplify his team with Pachiru, Electivire, Magnezone instead of Raichu, Manectric instead of Jolteon, and keeps her ace Luxray.
Elite 4 #1 – Aaron
Aaron bugs you with his now stronger platinum team.
Elite 4 #2 – Bertha
Bertha quakes the ground with a Gastodon instead of a Whiscash, a Claydol instead of Golem, keeps her Glisor, Hippowdon, and her ace, Rhyperior.
Elite 4 #3 – Flint
Flint sparks the fire with his Houndoom, Ninetails insgtead of Flareon, Arcanine instead of Rapidash, Camerupt of Infernape, and keeps his ace Magmortar.
Elite 4 – #4 – Lucian
Lucian tricks your mind with Mr. Mime, Xatu instead of Espeon, keeps his Brozong, Alakazam, and his ace, Gallade.
Champion – Cynthia.
Cynthia ends you rain team with her with her platinum team but with higher levels.
