Fakemon Region Starters

I have been thinking about creating my own region that focuses on pollution and how it affects the world; the legendary will probably be the cause. But I need help on my starter ideas and how to draw them:

Firstly, I will use previous starters but regional final evos, like Legends Arceus.

Grass Starter: Chespin, Quilladin then Regional Chesnaught: Grass/Dark, its shell is a giant cracked skull with spines poking out. This is pictured, just need help on colours 🙂

Fire Starter: Chimchar, Monferno, Regional Infernape: Fire/Poison, its fire on its body is replaced with eerie plasma and Infernape looks like a sage.

Water Starter: Popplio, Brionne, Regional Primarina: Water/Ghost, resembles a dead fish and a siren, is covered in ocean waste.
