I opened these on my first ever Japanese pack I’ve ever opened. Should I grade them? Is it safe?

I’ve never graded anything as I’ve never really gotten big hits, but today I opened my first ever Japanese pack, Prismatic Evolutions, and I got a Demi-god pack.

Is grading safe? I know GameStop does it through PSA, but the turnaround times are very long, and how do you know it’s safe?
