When I first set up the Switch 2 Pro Controller for the Switch 2, I was experiencing really bad lag, especially for games like Super Mario Wonder (it was bad enough to make the games unplayable).
The lag only occurred in docked mode when attached to the TV. If I played handheld or tabletop, no lag. So I was able to determine that the issue was the TV.
Just wanted to share my fix in case anyone runs into the same issue.
TV – Sony Bravia OLED
Steps to fix:
- Ensure HDMI port that the Switch is plugged into is in Game Mode.
- Disable 3D audio.
- Go to AV Sync and turn it from Auto to Off.
