So I found the screws on the switch 2 Pro controller. It's held on with 2 clips in the upper corners and then all the adhesive. Not super happy about that. Makes repairing and modding not great. But maybe taking the rest apart will be better.

You know I was just wondering earlier where the screws were. Tried to look up a disassembly video on YouTube but there wasn’t one. Its a shame the faceplate spent come off more easily for easy customisation.
