The idea behind the ability conceptually is that your supposed to go so fast that the target doesn’t have time to react and block the attack, and its why the signature moves crit cause you like caught them off guard, but urshifu only has slightly above average speed which feels strange to me. So the idea is that it still CAN move like a blur on pokemon with not fast enough reaction time, but for faster pokemon, they still are able to block its attacks when need be. This means pokemon like Flutter Mane can hard wall this with its moves and still be able to block its attacks, leading to some actual counterplay other than “just hope you kill it fast enough before it sweeps” which sounds boring.
Also as an added benefit it woule be really funny if pokemon with the ability “Unaware” also can block their attacks regardless of speed just cause they didnt even know they were being attacked in the first place or something LOL.
