My kid turns 10 in about a month, so I have some time to figure out the right approach.
I purchased these 3 cards and want to basically give them a background that works with them all together. However, these appear to possibly be from one larger piece of art that features all 3 of them. If I’m correct that this exists and someone knows where to find it, I’d probably use that so it’s fully together.
The other option, is to use this or another AI rough-out as the framework of a custom watercolor I’d attempt to make as the background. Her mom is an actual, GOOD, artist, but I don’t want her hand in this. 😜
Also, I am not gluing the cards to the picture, don’t worry. I want to have foam pockets that I can drop the cards in, which will be in magnetic holders. I did purchase a 9 card display case, which I can lay the image over, but it will be a bit cramped. She can use the other 6 slots to put stickers in or custom drawings. Whatever she wants to put in those magnetic holders.
I’m more of an ideas guy than a finisher, but I want to make the thing rather than pay someone because I have to put love into the craft or something. Has anyone here done something like this before?
