I think he's obviously a little over complex for a Pokemon but I wanted to fit in as many aspects as possible! My main inspiration for this guy is the idea of a velociraptor fossil come back to life- hence the bone elements! I also took inspiration from parrots and macaws, I imagine this guy would accompany pirates on their journeys and even act as look outs!
I hope you guys like him and I'm totally open to suggestions or criticism if you have any!
