Help me figure out which music from Pokémon games sounds like this very specific Beethoven song

I've been listening to Ludwig Beethovens Contradance No.3 and I swear on everything it sounds like music from either Gen 3 or Gen 4. I thought it was the music inside the soda shop in Slateport but it's not. I can't figure out what it sounds like.
