So I went to a card show in my area, yesterday with my mom because we both had VIP. In the process we found some interesting things.
The whole card show theme was about Eevee.
The benefit of getting VIP for this card show was, VIP's got inside early around 9am while general admission was 10am.
Me and my mom were also provided with 2 goodie bags (1 each per VIP ticket). Inside each of the bags was 1 graded slab each (both by CGC and these were our first slabs) some stickers, a keychain an art card that was #/250, a slab holder and 1 booster pack.
Then we walked around the place (this was being held at a hotel), and picked up a bit of singles. Majority of the singles we bought was from the bargin and discount bins (condition varies from card to card)
While at the same time, this card show just happened to invite Emily Bauer the English VA for Cynthia and Dawn from the Pokemon Diamond and Pearl seasons. And I got her to sign my Cynthia's Ambition from Crown Zenith.
Overall I had a great time and I hope to comeback again next year.
