i had forgotten that it was community day so the first time I checked was around 4:50. I got 4 shinies in a row and just turned off the game because I got all I had needed.

IT MUST BE AVAILABLE ALL THE TIME BUT CAN BE RARE ITEMS IN POKEMON GO AND FREE ITEMS. FOR EXAMPLE YOU CAN OBTAIN THIS ITEM FROM SPIN POKESTOP & GYM PHOTO. IT ONLY AVAILABLE IN POKEMON GO.
I shall call this 4x catch rate is Super Ball and 8x catch rate is Mega Ball.
