Wartortles ears and Raichus eyes have one thing in common, I can't draw them consistently to save my life. Anyway I felt like drawing pokemon and went back these two. Wartortle ain't used to such affection from someone else, so gets annoyed a lot by Raichu always hugging and rubbing up against him.
