I love looking at my collection in binders and slabs just don't do it for me. To me, it just creates too big of a divide between my binder collection. They're clunky, impersonal, and some look incredibly tacky and outdated. I love what TAG did with theirs with the fully transparent case and streamlined label but a slab is still a slab. Got bored during my lunch break today so I mocked up the "slim". It takes all the good bits from the other graders (subgrades, QR) and compacts it into a sleek toploader sized slab. Definitely don't sit on this one!
Not a product designer so material/durability was not taken into consideration lol. I guess if something like this ever happens, it could be like tempered glass reinforced by an outer frame or something.
