If i were him I would rent a building and open a pokemon museum. With as popular as it is and with some of those cards being extremely rare people would pay an admission to get in and see it.
A truly one of a kind collection. It may in some respects be priceless due to the amount of effort put into it obtaining obscure hard to obtain tournament exclusive cards. Incredible.

Those cards are priceless, earning them from competing at the world championships should be the only way to get them. Each of those cards is proof of being one of the best players in the world.
