Hello, I am fairly new to collecting and my brother gave me some pokemon cards because he isn't really into collecting them. On the Reshiram card he gave me there's this weird first stamp thing and I don't know what it is or what it means. I also noticed the back of the card has a light blue so I'm not sure what it means. He also drew on it when he was younger. If anybody knows what it means I would be happy to know!
