This is kinda what I first imagined when I evolved Dragonair and then turned really disappointed when the whole water dragon snake thing was completely gone. So this painting definitely represents my ideal Dragonite.
Tried to blend some purple and blue (screwed up a couple of times) so even had to do damage control under the eye 🙃
