Any info on this card? Was it only given to winners? How could have I acquired it? (Had it for 20 years and cannot remember where I got it)

From ex 2003 National Championships. Given out to participants. Sick card!
Did you get black out drunk and win a Pokemon tournament back in 2003?
This might help!
[Can anyone help me find out where these cards were sold…](https://www.reddit.com/r/PokemonTCG/comments/18fh0gu/can_anyone_help_me_find_out_where_these_cards/)
Get it graded, possibly >$1,000 card
OP, I hate to be that person but please sleeve your card. Using a top loader without sleeving the card can scratch it and cause surface damage.
It was given to everyone who entered the tournament. There was also a city promo charmander and a state promo charmeleon to complete the set. I played in all of them and got these cards as a kid. I will own them again some day!

What’s in the E-Reader bar?
I will happily buy it for $20
It’s 775 ungraded but 1850+ in a PSA ten
So this card was a Nintendo card, not a WOTC card. So it was probably given to all the participants in the 2004 US National Championships held at the Origins International Game Expo in Columbus, OH.
Bro can you please sell me this card? It’s my grail card, I saved mine for 20 years only to find out that the one I’d been saving for all those years was fake.
I finally got a regular version of the ex Dragon but haven’t found this one.
