Doodlecorn The Popcorn Pokemon (subtitle WIP)

I wanted to make a popcorn Pokemon sort of like a Floette or something. I realized I was thinking about Popplio in my head while doing this and I chose a poodle because poodles are fluffy and could match the popcorn aesthetic.
