It was uploaded to a Pokémon fanpage, but the creator didn't know where it was from. I also tried to reverse image search and manually search through some sites, but couldn't find it anywhere. It would be nice if someone's familiar with the artstyle, or has come across this artwork before, that would really help. Thank you!
