An evolution of Spinda supposedly created when it becomes so dizzy and swirly that its body stretches into a spiral itself, it's tottering movements along with the tightening and slackening of its body build up immense centrifugal force, allowing it to smash the toughest of rock Pokémon in a single hit… provided it can see through all its spinning.
An evolution of Spinda designed around its 4-billion-pattern gimmick, everything besides its back legs and long drill-patterned tail is a cream-colored canvas for Spinda's four red/green spots to appear.
