Kofu is swapped with Larry, but I went with Larry's flying type over normal type for this challenge as I thought normal type kofu and veluza might be a bit lame(just a cook and a fish).
So Kofu as a Flying Type gym leader would have Feluza, the Kite Pokemon!
I made Kofu those Hibachi chef type tossing some tatsugiri, his apron is like birds in the sky and his facial hair are all wings.
For Veluza to Feluza cuz he felu in the sky, he's a kite now.
