
So I have a bunch of bulk/duplicate singles that have been sitting for quite a while, so with the help of a friend I started selling on TCGplayer, only been doing this for about a month, and nothing too crazy on there either, nothing over $40… well I get an message from a customer who purchased a charizard GX promo ($7) saying their package was tampered with in a “We Care” bag from USPS, along with the card missing. Is there anything I can do to get them refunded without coming out of pocket? Not like I’m dying for the $7 but this just seems like it’s definitely not my fault it didn’t arrive 🤣 any advice is appreciated
