This is the Legendary Pokemon Trio I came up with for my fanmade Pokemon region, and lore is similar to the Weather Trio (Groudon, Kyogre and Rayquaza). 2,000 years ago, Dracoid and Aquilego were engaged in a fierce battle over their ideals. The former wanted to give Pokemon and humans their every desire, but the latter believed they would be ruined if that were so. The battle would've been destroyed the entirety of the Pennsa region had Behegomoth not intervened. Their Pokedex entries are:
Dracoid (DRAK-oh-ID) – Desire Pokémon
Dark/Dragon
15'3", 185 lbs.
This legendary Pokémon represents desire and is said to have fought another god Pokémon, one that represented morality, because it wanted to fulfill the desires of both humanity and Pokémon, regardless of morality. It's known to be one of the most difficult legendaries to capture due to its unpredictable, sporadic, and erratic behavior.

Aquilego (AH-quil-E-go) – Judgement Pokémon
Fire/Flying
15'11" (including wingspan), 130 lbs.
This legendary Pokémon represents reason and morality and is said to have fought against legendary Pokémon Dracoid because it believed that humans and Pokémon would be doomed if they had all of their desires fulfilled. It is a guardian of balance, making sure that the world never gets thrown out of whack by the reckless desires of mankind.

Behegomoth (Beh-HE-go-muth) – Mediator Pokémon
Ground/Steel
15'5", 250 lbs.
This legendary Pokémon is the third member of the Freudian trio, which also includes Dracoid and Aquilego, and is said to have stopped a clash between these two legendary Pokémon. Similar to Rayquaza, it can put an end to fighting and create a sense of balance between two fighting parties.
