Re-did an old Wobbuffet evolution I had in my head for years, and I think I finally feel happy with its design and motif

For some reason, growing up, the little hood on Wobbuffet made me think of a Grim Reaper, and I wanted to lean into that while still keeping it looking like Wobbs. But y'know…dead.
