I just got my grades in from PSA today on my first order ever sent to them and while looking over the scanned images I noticed some whitening on the back that I know wasn't there when I sent the card in. After comparing the scan of the card of when it arrived at PSA to the final images, I noticed quite a few inconsistencies.
Pic 3: Note the difference of the spacing between where the card is cut and the blue tip of the ribbon
Pic 4: Corner whitening on slabbed card that wasn't there before
Pic 5: Slabbed card has what appears to be a small print error on bottom border (small white dot)
Pic 6: Slabbed card has another small white dot that doesn't exist on original card
Pics 7-9: Corner of the cards overlayed in PS with the opacity gradually turned down on the top image. Note the difference in border thicknesses
Talked to customer service and they told me they'll look into it, whatever that means. I pulled this card in 2016 when doing so was affordable. Prices are so high now, there's no way I can afford to get another one of similar quality. There's actually no way PSA can fully make this up to me. Even if they were to pay out the PSA 10 price, MY card is gone.
