I finally developed a successful rendering style for my mon designs. I learned a lot about line thickness, tapering, posing and resolution. I still can't believe how clean it looks! Swipe ➡️➡️ for the previous designs where the line work looked a bit amateurish and the anatomy was slightly off.
About the mon:
It's a vibration type lion based on the ability of a lion's roar to travel long distances. It's supposed to be a powerful rare encounter. The tail looking things on its back pick up the slightest vibrations from its surroundings. Its roar pushes back incoming threats like a kiai.
