HELP: Pokemon Trainer Design

Hey! I'm currently trying to learn how to draw in the Pokémon style, and I’ve designed 5 original Champions. They all have mixed-type teams, and each one is supposed to stand out with a different personality and history.
I’d love some feedback on the designs — especially since I feel like some of them (specifically the second, third, and fourth) aren’t communicating their personality as clearly as I’d like. Any tips on how to adjust their looks to reflect their character better would be super helpful!
Here’s a bit of info on each of them, in the order they appear in the images:
Gladion – The first-ever Champion. He’s the most serious and disciplined of the five.
Klytie – The fifth and current Champion. She's meant to feel emotionally distant and somewhat tedious to deal with.
Pandora – The fourth Champion. Mysterious, enigmatic, not much is known about her past or motives.
Iris – The second Champion. A famous actress and star, very public and glamorous.
Baku – The third Champion. The most naturally talented in battle. He lives for fighting and thrives in competition.
Let me know what you think! Which design works best, and which one feels off? How can I improve them to feel more like Pokémon Champions?
