Pokemon Go

Effect of fixing gps glitch

Because of the gps glitch I can host lots of raids in this app just by sitting in my home. I still walk at night to finish daily route and hatch some eggs. I know the pain when i go to this app and i see lots of open lobby but today there are less open lobby than usual. Is this the effect of fixing gps glitch? I hope i can get a metrics for number of local raids players are going.

Lugia is the oldest Legendary in the game. Alot of especially older players have had the shiny for some time as well as hundos. We also have Origin Dialga/Palkia, Shadow Kyogre, Necrozma and Crowned Zacian and Zamazenta due up this month. I personally am ignoring Ho-Oh and Lugia to save resources for these vastly more desirable raid bosses and id would expect alot of others are as well.

If there is similar numbers showing for these when they are around then it’s possible you may be on to something but just a singular snapshot during a less desirable raid boss is too little to draw conclusions from, although may be valuable as part of a wider dataset.

Yeah no. I went to host a Lugia today and the queue was over 700. I can see three gyms from my house, I just hop on my bike and pedal around if I wanna host anything. What a silly thing to complain about. This is not a couch game. If you’re not physically handicapped I don’t feel bad for you.

Less open lobies is great for people who want to host raids, i like it.
