Meet Sloroboros!
Very rarely an exceptionally slow slowpoke will stumble upon a body of water without any Shelder in it. And it may reach as high as level 50 before it even realizes it hasn’t gotten a bite. At that point, it may attempt biting its own tail causing it to evolve into Sloroboros.
