I completed the palkia raid and got an encounter but while catching, the screen froze on the pokéball (screenshot 1). This happened twice. On the first one, I restarted my app and when I tapped the gym where I did the raid, I successfully re-entered the encounter screen. On the second time it happened, I restarted the app again but I couldn’t get back to the encounter (screenshot 2). I had 5 pokéballs left. I reached out to support about this and they said they couldn’t give me any compensation because upon investigation, there weren’t any errors on their record. I’m a bit bummed since the Palkia I got was 2363 CP
