Getting this was such a journey lmao. I initially had Penny and SS Gladion as Wally’s teammates, but I wasn’t doing enough damage within the two enemy sync cycles. That told me two things: I needed higher multipliers, and I needed to stagger the enemy to buy myself more turns.

For the former, that really only means Lacey for EX Fairy Zone. While she isn’t a tank at all, she does have potions and a few damage reduction passives linked to Move Gauge Acceleration, so I figured I could tank with her alongside a staggerer.

Fairy doesn’t have good stagger tanks like many of the other types that have cleared Floor 30, but it does have Holiday Lillie, who has a similarly funny damage B Move like her brother. Her way of boosting it is tied to her Sing spam as well, so it all worked out well.

As you can see, this needed very precise sleep chaining – I had to channel my inner Quaggles for this ahahaha. It also needed several MPRs, both from Potion and Fairy Wish.

Very proud to have gotten this. This is the only clear in the in-game replays as of the time I’m writing this, so can I call myself the game’s first Fairy Specialist?

    super clutch clear! wally finally landing a crit with his last sync and squeezing in that celebi KO right before ex fairy zone expired
    really enjoyed seeing an unconventional team like this get to shine in a stage that behaves as more of a damage check rather than a gimmick check

    Tower Floor 30(Fire) was a real challenge,and my fire pairs are so good.
    I don't have any chance in the others towers.
