I tried reaching out to Customer Support via the online help center (https://niantic.helpshift.com/hc/en/6-pokemon-go/contact-us/?p=web&contact=1) since in game support was like talking to a potato. The only options on the form was "Ban Appeal" and "Delete My Account", both disastrous options but I figured if I selected one then I would get a human on the other side. Big mistake. I'm now arguing with a bot about an appeal on a ban that never happened on my account. Apparently they're upholding the decision to keep me banned… Jeez, I get that I'm in the minority that want to use Reality Blending, but this is for the birds

That is some impressively terrible “support”.
Use the in-game support. There’s more options there
oh yeah, these are just automated messages. they will not *actually* investigate appeals. there’s no humans involved at this contact method.
Oh so this just confirms that suspension appeals are never actually reviewed. Cool.
Honestly find a local community ambassador and ask them for help. They have avenues of communication that regular players don’t
the same thing happened to me,I used the ban appeal form and received that email, but I didn’t get a strike or anything. it feels more like an out of office reply to me
