I couldn't catch the team reward, so it moved I to the team reward list to pick up later.
Now the game crashes every time when I click "Claim Reward"

You have to clear your normal stack. Then it should work.
I just had the same and it fixed itself after like half an hour
I never clear my stack, I just pinned the postcards till I got a scatterbug encounter and just ran from it three or four times. It’s happened 3 times now and this has worked every time
