Eternamax Eternatus- Counter Guide Infographic

Hey everyone,

I’d like to share the latest Max Battle Infographics, created by me together with byGulch, Krix_Azure, therealMindi, and our newest team member, Brigitte! Thanks to his help, our infographics will now also be available in French! Considering how our little group keeps expanding, we’ve decided to form a team. From now on, we’ll be known as MaxGuides, and you can also will be able to find us on X/Twitter.

For now, English, German, and Polish versions are available. Portuguese and French will follow a bit later.

About the battle…

Dynamax Cannon is terrifying, and only a few tanks will be able to survive it l,especially Zacian. The rest of Eternatus’ moves aren’t too threatening, except Flamethrower, which can cause trouble for Steel tanks. Thankfully, we recently got two great counters to this: Omastar and Kabutops. Both can handle Flamethrower while also resisting Poison- and Normal-type attacks, making them very useful in this fight.

For DPS, things are tougher. Due to Eternamax Eternatus’ enormous HP and defenses, we won’t be hitting as hard as usual. My calculations are based on Level 3 Max Attack, but this time I’ve also added info for Level 1 Max Attack % damage of D-Eternatus. Considering the huge upgrade cost, I doubt many players will max him out quickly.

As for Zacian and Zamazenta’s buffed Max Attack, we don’t yet know the exact numbers for Tier 3 from the GO Pass: Max Finale. The latest data for Tier 1 and 2 doesn’t look too promising, though.

Even so… don’t be afraid of this monster. Together we can take it down! Good luck with your preparations and battles, and have fun!

P.S.

As always, I’ve hidden a Pikachu in the infographic 😛 (Tip: Don’t let your guard down!)
