With the free pivots you already get and how quickly dynamotor can stack, I think running an electric backup attacker like Zekrom or Iron Hands would do wonders in possible late game heavy hits and faster prizes
I feel like using something like mew over baby dnite and adding some research if possible could make the deck more consistent. As well i would prefer max belt over neo upper but thats just me
something I would include would be free retreat sneasel and Weavile from paldean fates, using dragonites ability to switch into Weavile for free gusting , then with the baby dragonite letting you free retreat back into mega dragonite after youve charged it back up
I feel like this would work a lot better as a deck using cards that work well either when moved from bench to the active (like weavile or iron valiant) and cards that have abilities in the active (like tatsugiri). Like the idea you have for it tho!
I seriously think this will not be a viable deck before rotation, it has the same issue than charizard ex, but is asking for even more setup. Plus, this deck loses to most meta decks : gardevoir, bolt, gromago, and even dragapult because of budew and tynamo/pidgey's hps

The question is post rotation without pidgeot, artazon & arven. Probably the 3 biggest losses next year. Along with mew.
