Saw a post the other day about buddy system tracking distance weirdly.
Came across this today. Buddy system search strings returning only the buddy that I am actively buddies with and buddy history not working as it’s only finding my current buddy.
However, the medal still shows the number of best buddies I have correctly.
This persists through a reboot for me.
Seems like the buddy system is struggling / broken in more ways than one at the moment.

I’ve had this happened before after a few resets it was working again for me.
EVERYTHING IS BROKEN
This happens the first time you try to rotate a buddy in. Once you select a new buddy using the current buddy’s Swap Buddies button you can use the Buddy History button.
I run into this daily, since I rotate (and berry-chain) through 5 buddies and 4 bests every day… trying to go platinum on the buddy medal.
