Was rewatching the Pokemon and I was thinking it was a bummer that we never learn who won the competition and all we got was a silhouette. I decided, I would look at the random contestants until I found someone that matched the silhouette. After digging, I believe I found the individual. He is wearing the same clothes as the conference winner. They are both wearing boots, pants that stop right before the shins, and a t-shirt with sleeves that look identical. This trainer also has spikey hair just like the winner.
I don't know how he won with an Oddish on his team, but I am proud of him nonetheless.
