I kinda feel cheated – was on the last week for my 8x 25 km in a week streak for lvl 48. I mean, i get that they cut the time so you have the possibility to get to 50… but the OTHER TASKS stay the same?! 50 lucky pokemon and counter starts at 0? 35 platinum medals?! (I only need 5 more but most my gold medals are dex completion… I dont spoof!! so no region exclusive pokemon for me) If I wanna even a chance to reach the lvl 50 tasks, I need a second accou… ah, a "friend" and hope to get lucky and not hate the gme after the grind.
Just a random question if anyone knows, if I have the level 50 special research but I haven't submitted it yet, will I still keep that after this goes live?
Can we talk about the horrible new update which contained the removal of the navigation buttons, making the quick catch technique an absolute pain in the ass for android users?

This is bs they’re giving us no time to try and reach level 50 and the rewards for level 49 and under are just dogshit if we’re being honest. I have no doubt that I can get the required xp amount for level 50 but the requirements are going to be what stop majority of the players from reaching level 50 especially the level 45+ tasks. I wish they announced it now and did the level swaps at the end of the year so it gives everyone even casually players a solid amount of time to try and reach it
I got so close to 50 for that mewtwo encounter. Won’t be able to get there by Oct 15. RIP legacy rewards.
It would be really nice if they just rmeove the quests already. More people will be able to get lvl50. The problem for me is not really the XP but the quests
I said to a friend, I didn't really want to quit until I hit level 50 (about 6 million into lvl 49). Looks like I'm finally free, no way I'm chasing lvl 80! 😊

The celebration 2x XP stacks with other events BUT rookidee and flabebe both have double catch candy as the bonus. I think it's pretty scummy to give us hope like that scopely

I have enough xp for level 48, but haven’t done quest from 41. I plan on getting to level 49. Level 50 is too much for me. The jacket is awesome, but I’m not interested in grinding 850kxp/day.
Best way to level up is to forget about it and enjoy just yourself.

Going to be very difficult to get 50 lucky trades if you just got to level 48
6:52 200 super effective is easy if you have a swampert with muddy water. Battle the red team leader in master league. Throw muddy water, but don’t hit any bubbles. That way you get at least 10 S.E attacks each battle.
I’m so confused, they said they were removing the level up tasks for 41 to 50 but then also said that they would be rebalancing level 47 task I think? Which is it?

has there been any info, if those new rewards from the earlier levels would be given to players that are in the 50+ class already.
say if in between levels 20 to 35 there were some avatar items or poses that were added to the game on this update, would those be given to use automatically or not?
i mean you did say something akin to that, but it was unclear if you meant the cases where player was pumped up in levels like from lvl47 to 53.
8:55 they have now reduced the needed walking from 8 weeks to only 2 weeks because of this level increase.
so old timers screwed again. What good are the new levels, if your Pokemon level cannot increase? My guess is that anyone level 47-49, on October 15, will become level 50+. Older vets will increase to 60-70, and will still have the same level 50 Pokemon.
Makes me want to grind….time to take a break.

Interesting how there is a level 50 push event with lots of xp , but everyone is really just locked behind quests.
