Explore 6km along with all those other tasks that could be done in 30 minutes, yeah this research would be better if we could lucky egg easily completing these tasks

It’s weird how low the XP numbers are. I was under the impression it was millions not hundreds/thousands of XP per level to 50 from 40.

It would be faster to just drive to a city or large area you’ve never been to before and lucky egg and spin new pokestops. You can crank several million in a day or two. Especially when we have double XP events
I just find it funny they called this event “XP Celebration” and didn’t add Lucky Eggs to field research or anywhere (currently) to acquire them.

The complaining that things aren’t handed out is tiring. These tasks need a little effort and gets players out side of the usual playing style so be it. People have had almost 5 years (since Nov 2020) to make it to level 50. I did it in 5 months but was competing to be one of the 1st in my local community (finished 4th). I see casual F2P players in my community make it by playing constantly. Doing the free raid passes daily, coming out for raid events and using those free passes with saved up lucky eggs. If they can do it, anyone could have; especially with the enhanced ways to get xp now.
Any one that hasn’t made it to 50 that has been playing since before 2020 hasn’t put forth some sort of effort and only needs to look in the mirror to see the reason why they haven’t made it. ‘Nuff said

27 gifts is way too much. This is ridiculous. They say we will get 7 million XP and then make it so hard to do. I have like 5 friends who need gifts right now. This will take me at least a week. RIP 7 million XP.

I’m absolutely going to end up time gated again because I do things first thing in the morning and will have hit the max by the time I get the quest.
I like that they’re including things that will inherently lead to xp gains – leveling up friendship is how I hit level 50 the last time we had a season with boosted friend xp. Routes drop like 2k xp (more for first of the day, more for 7th day streak). Great throws are boosted xp for the event.

Like seriously, “Send 27 Gifts to friends.” After we already had to give 9 and 18 gifts. My friends don’t open their gifts regularly. How am I supposed to complete this? These are way too hard for the vast majority of players to do in just 50 days.

I hate defeat rocket member stuff. It’s not always easy finding them.
Also the gifts …. There’s limit on how many you can open/send 😠
