I haven't seen a 10 CP Rattata literally in like 5 years. Anyone think this is going to be finish-able ever? Do new players even have this achievement available?
Edit: Thanks to all the folks who have clarified the achievement considers any Rattata 2.41kg or smaller. I have been playing since 2016, and I swear it used to be 10 CP that counted.
