I know they fixed this, but I try whenever it's appropriate to see if they forgot how to fix. So no, there is no shadow slakoth with a hat.

The difference from my memory being that in the past those costumed Pokemon could spawn in the wild. Such as Vulpix. This guy can only be obtained from research
this has been fixed for a long time at this point, at least over a year and maybe closer to two years
Still so sad they “fixed” this. Was fun hunting shadow costume vulpix they’re some of my favourites in my collection.
This is annoying. Shadows are untradable so now those costumed Pokémon are completely unobtainable.
