I drew the pre-evo and posted it here but I was unsatisfied with the design. So, I decided to redesign it and give it an Evolution.
So meet Equbella and Syrabelle!
The Pixie Fish Pokémon, respectively. They both live in Grand Coral Reefs and love to sing, which causes other Pokémon to gather around them a lot.
