Is this useful in anything? I don’t do a lot of PvP so I’m not interested in knowing that potential application

I hatched this a few days ago and was floored when I iv checked it as I only have like 9 hundo and 0 shundos. This was also my first shiny corsola in my account. I already looked up the odds so I'm not gonna do the whole "iS tHiS rArE" thing, but is this useful for PvE? Should I max it?
